You complete the contact form on our website, sharing key information to understand your project. We get back to you promptly to schedule a discovery call.

Discovery Call

During this conversation, we take the time to understand your universe, expectations and priorities. We explore the story of your event, your vision, your inspirations and the elements already defined (venue, decoration, atmosphere…).
This step lays the creative and strategic foundation of the project.

 Proposal & Confirmation

Within 48 hours, you receive a structured proposal outlining:
— the brief
— recommended elements
— scope of work
— investment
Once approved, the contract signature and a 50% deposit secure your booking and allow us to officially begin the project.

 Creative Direction

We develop a clear artistic direction, presented through a curated moodboard and initial visual intentions. This step ensures alignment before moving into detailed design.

Design & Refinement

Once we have progressed, we present you different creative directions. We then refine the chosen direction until final approval.

Production preparation & Final approval

Once the final design is validated, we prepare the print-ready files and share a detailed final proof with you for you to carefully review.

Production & Delivery

After the final proof validation, we coordinate production with our selected partners. We oversee finishes, and quality control to ensure that every detail meets our standards.
